Vision Overloaded- Future State Outlook

· Future State,Change Management,SupplyChain,Manufacturing,data

In my recent exploratory conversation with a one of my customer at a large 4PL (SupplyChain  and Logistics) organisation , we engaged in a conversation to answer a very basic question , do we have a vision at all or we are randomly engaged with our day-to-day job duties at work?

With little digging further , we discovered that If you ever said a Yes or NO to a goal/idea (I mean even the silent ones that occur in our minds) you can consider yourself a visionary person. The logic behind this reasoning is that you definitley were able to imagine the underlying justification behind the goal presented to you before syaing a Yes or No. This invites another question , what is vision overload?

For all the avid readers please feel free to book a exploratory conversation on how to bring your vison to life with practicable chnage strategies, please click here

what is vision overload?

The vision overload is noting but when you have gathered too many Yes and No from your day in and day out  realties . These Yes and No come from different sources within your businesses and potentially carry huge opportunities for a next best version of your future state

How to unlock power of vision overload today?

One of the easiest way is to bounce-off ideas to your nearest colleague at work without fearing for the fact that your million dollar idea could be stolen . Always remember any idea worth pursuing will require a team. Having said that you will only do good by sharing them. This will setup a path for a potential goal which was hidden for so many unknown reasons (you know these reason in your head) . This idea sharing will convert your thought into a movement worth pursuing. In return you will have gathered a huge reputation as someone who can create a necessary PULL (pease avoid any push) with people together with a shared vision and thats the role of everyone person in an organisation filled with diverse set of people.
